If I Didn't Paint, I Would Cry, I did this piece while I was on the verge of a panic attack. I had never used art as an outlet in this way. It helped me immensly to get my energy out.
 
I know this may not work for everyone but for me, it was a pivetal moment as an artist.
 
So now everytime I look at this painting I'm reminded that my stress and panic doesn't have to be scary. It can be colourful, bright, and I have the power to turn it into something beautiful.
